      We provide Educational, Recreational and Leisure Activities for retired and semi-retired people living in High Lane and the surrounding area. We have over 360 members. There are no obstacles to joining, no qualifications are needed and there are no exams. 
      We run 24 interest groups including: Art: Ballet Appreciation; Bridge; Churches & Pubs; Computer Club; Crown Green Bowls; Dancing; Dining; Discussion;  Family History; First Aid; Gardening; German; History;  Holidays & Visits;  Music Appreciation; Needlework; Philosophy; Reading; Singing; Stamp Collecting; Table Tennis; Theatre Matinee; and Walking.
       If you are over 50 and are interested in joining, you can be assured of a warm  welcome. Come to our monthly general meeting or see the membership page found on 'WHO WE ARE'.
