to WHAT WE DO Needlework Group

The group
meets regularly once a
month on Thursdays at 42 Bowfell Drive, but more often at busy times of
the year when we are preparing for a sale of cards and other gifts.
There are 8 in the group, most of whom do cross stitch but some prefer
tapestry, embroidery on painted silk and other crafts.
We have sales of cards about twice a year and with the proceeds we are able to buy more materials for future sales. We also make special cards for special occasions but for these we require a month's notice.
On February 3rd a group of us will be attending the Stitch and Creative Crafts Show at Manchester G-Mex to buy materials and get some ideas for future projects.
