Travel Group formed - see page for further information. 1st March ● Stockport College Summer School booking forms will be at our next U3A meeting on March 12th, however anybody who wishes to go would be advised to book early as numbers are limited.The last official date for booking is 6th June 2008. It will be first come, there are between 12 to 20 places available for each course which is not a lot for the whole of Stockport. Please note that:- 'Guidance for walk leaders' and 'Walking risks' have been added. 30th January ● Anyone for Cream Tea? - in Cornwall! - U3A Roseland and District invite all U3A members to a cream tea special at Gerrans Parish Memorial Hall, Portscatho on Saturday 14th June from 2.00 pm – 4.00 pm. Fresh strawberries will be sold, and there will also be a sales table. Unfotunately it was found that when transferring everything across we had exceeded our space allocation. Accordingly, all the large pictures on the archived pages for previous years have had to be removed except for group photographs and the walking group's Roman banquet which have been reduced in size. |
